The concept of rural water lines running across fields and open spaces of Southern Iowa was merely a dream 30 years ago. Today, after much hard work and cooperation, SIRWA has over 3,600 miles of pipeline installed to transport quality drinking water to the residents and communities of Southwest Iowa. To further this concept, SIRWA now has installed, and operates, municipal wastewater systems in several communities.
Currently SIRWA covers several counties including: Adair, Adams, Clarke, Decatur, Ringgold, Taylor, and Union along with sections of Cass, Lucas, Madison, Montgomery, Page and Warren. Please contact us for more information if you live in, or are moving to, any of these counties for all your water and waste water needs. |
